Charles Labtiuk Scholarship

What is it:  Charles Labtiuk Scholarship

• This is a scholarship for any student who is entering or continuing their studies at a college or university in Canada in the study of natural environmental systems. Students enrolled with majors focused on ecosystems, how they operate and their symbiotic relationship are encouraged to apply.

Who is it for?: students must entering or currently enrolled in a progam of the study of natural enviromental systems.

Date and time: Application and essays are due June 30th, 2023.

• The essay should be a maximum of  1000 words and should reflect why nature conservation is important to you and the world. Additionally, it should include how you want to contribute to conservation and how your studies will help you achieve your goals.

• The essay is scored on intellectual content (50%) and presentation and style (50%)
• All applicants will be notified by August 1, 2023
• Successful essays may be published by Nature Canada through their website and other forms of media.
